Returns / Exchanges

OUR RETURN POLICY

We accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on suluapeskinz.com if they are requested within 14 days of the date your order was received.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Full priced & Sale items can be returned (this excludes Last Chance items)
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Item must be sent back with a returns form including your order information, without the returns form, we cannot always correctly identify the customer and may not be able to fulfil your return request.
  • In the original packaging with tags attached.

Our team will inspect the returned item and if it is not in a goods condition your request will not be actioned and you will be liable for any costs to send the items back to you.

EXCHANGE

If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want a full price item purchased from suluapeskinz.com, please return it to us online within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or online store credit equal to the value paid for the item(s).

Sale items (excluding items advertised or included in the Last Chance section online) can be returned for either an exchange for size/colour or store credit valid for 6 months.

Last Chance items are not valid for exchange, store credit or refund. These are final sale items.

Full Price items are valid for a refund and must be returned to our online store to be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase. Full price items are valid for exchange on other full priced item(s).

We are unable to process your return until your item is physically received by us. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.

FAULTY ITEMS:

Please email info@suluapeskinz.com with your order number and an image of the fault so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. You will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. Any faults that occur after 3 months will not be accepted.

REFUNDS:

We only offer refunds on Full Priced items, Faulty, Incorrect or Missing items.

Sale items can only be returned for a store credit.

Last Chance items are non-refundable.
